At Countyline Adult Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of many of the products we sell, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure both your privacy and safety. Please read our return policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items Return Exceptions Defective or Damaged Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used items, including but not limited to: lingerie, intimate apparel, adult toys, lubricants, and massage products.
  • DVDs, Blu-rays, or other media if the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
  • Vibrators, dildos, and other intimate devices are final sale due to health regulations.

If the item is defective or damaged, we may offer an exchange. To qualify for an exchange under this exception, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at (432)-552-0055. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If a product is defective, The item must be returned to the store for inspection.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. If you are exchanging a product for a higher-value item, the difference will be charged at the time of the exchange.

How to make an exchange:

  • Return to the store with the item, and/or contact (432)-452-0055 within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide your receipt or proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • If approved, you will then select the same or similar item. Notify the sales associate if you would like the item to be tested before leaving the store.

Important Notice

This policy is in place to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products we sell. We understand that not every purchase will be perfect, and we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues according to the above guidelines.
